This dude...is hella crazy...
Orion suddenly shouted in shock, making me groan. Apparently he was trying to wake me up.
Ugh...Can I just go back to sleep?
And the moment I opened my eyes...
A completely white room.
A hospital.
Orion immediately started panicking. I could practically see his tiny hands flailing around at high speed while I quietly confirmed our worst-case scenario.
Still, there wasn't any time to panic.
Thanks to Orion doing enough panicking for the both of us, I stayed surprisingly calm.
Who brought me here?
My parents? Friends? Coworkers?
Do I even have a job?
Do I... have a boyfriend?
There's only one thing I need right now.
My phone.
If I can check my messages, call history, or anything else, I might be able to figure out who I am.
Orion noticed the nameplate attached to my hospital bed. Thankfully, it matched the name that had briefly appeared in my mind. At least I know I'm still me.
He also spotted my purse. I got up to check what was inside.
Apparently, Orion and I share our senses to some extent. Since we're merged together, whenever I get hurt... he feels it too.

Does that mean he'll also feel it if someone kisses me?

There's a bandage wrapped around my neck, and according to Orion, my body is covered in bandages too.
I sound like a mummy.
Just then, someone knocked on the door.
A man's voice announced that he was coming in.
Great...
A man entered the room. Not particularly young or old.
...I don't remember him at all.
He spoke to me so casually that it was obvious we were close.
I was still trying to figure out who he was when he noticed me spacing out.
Then he said he'd "wake me up."
And before I knew it...
He kissed me.
Out of nowhere.

Did Orion feel that too?!
I nearly laughed when Orion immediately yelled that he was cutting off our connection.

I'm somehow more worried about Orion than the fact I was just kissed by a complete stranger.

And judging by this situation...
He's my boyfriend.
Orion couldn't believe how calm I was.
To be fair, he was panicking enough for both of us.
He even complained about how long this stranger was kissing me.

The man finally pulled away, looking confused that I wasn't blushing like usual.

Since I wasn't resisting, he assumed I was okay with it and looked ready to go for another kiss.
Orion immediately started panicking again.
He even asked me if I was okay with this.

Thankfully, before anything else could happen, he remembered he still had to finish my discharge papers.
Then he casually mentioned something terrifying.
"I won't knock when I come back."

Does that mean if I'm changing clothes, he'll just walk right in?

I'm literally a hospital patient.
Needless to say, Orion and I rushed to get changed before that menace returned.
Then Orion brought up something I hadn't even considered.
If my boyfriend is taking care of the discharge papers... why aren't my parents here?
I'm thinking they're either both dead, overseas, busy, maybe I'm an orphan... or maybe I left a toxic family.
I really don't know.
I just seriously need my phone.
About ten minutes later, I finished changing.
Orion complimented how I looked.
That honestly made me smile.
He's such a sweet little guy.
Then...
Yep.
The crazy boyfriend really walked in without knocking.
Even if we're dating, that's still rude!
Orion agreed with me.

He's totally crazy.

I didn't say anything since I'd already finished changing before he came in.

Ten minutes is more than enough time to change clothes.
Still, he almost sounded disappointed that I didn't get mad at him.

He said I was acting strange and asked if I was really okay to leave the hospital.
Of course I'm acting normal!
Then he pointed out that I'd forgotten to take my painkillers.

He also mentioned how strange it was that my hospital room was already completely packed up.
Apparently I'd done it yesterday.
I don't remember any of that.

I just nodded.
Now isn't the time to admit I have amnesia.
If I tell him the truth while we're still inside the hospital, he'll call the doctor immediately.

Then another problem appeared.
He casually admitted that he didn't know the way from the hospital to my house.

He even said my house is nearby.
